Henk de Velde has been an integral drive behind the project and its due to his total enthusiasm that this project has continued to move forward to a start date, be it the chosen route, the boat selection, sponsors or equipment.

Harriëtta has been of essential help in the planning process of this project due to her many years working with the Ambulance Service her input and advice has been invaluable.
 

Director of Le Tour Ultime Guus has successfully completed the Cycle Race across America covering 3400 miles non stop a staggering four times the last taking 10 days and 16 hours. Each year both he and his company organize a non-stop cycle race through France involving International competitor who race over the 2300 mile course in 8 days, so its easy to see that we are eager to utilize his knowledge  concerning the training and food requirements. Guus is a much needed and welcome addition to the support team.

Pauline currently works for the AWBZ and has worked in the past for organizations such as Terre des Hommes, The International Red Cross in the Congo and has recently completed a Project in the Senegal. Pauline will provide legal and organizational support to the project.
